To give it a try, think to yourself, “What is my message for today?”
Or, ask a simple question, such as, “What is important for me to know/hear today?”
Once you pose your question, click on the ONE number (1-32) that comes to mind or that draws your attention immediately. **Do not choose it by logic (like picking your favorite number or a birthdate).
Whether it makes sense right away or not, just make note of your message and go about your day. See what other signs, symbols, messages, and happenings arise to give you more complete insights. Only use this once per day so that it will be most helpful. As it is with signs, these messages, too, may be symbolic or only one piece to the puzzle. You may want to journal about the sign you receive, and that way will be able to look back on your writing if extra signs and synchronicities occur in the coming days.
