APPOINTMENTS: Invoices for appointment fees are DUE UPON BOOKING and are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please pay promptly. Re-booking due to unforeseen circumstances may be possible, but email notice must be received at least 24 business hours in advance. Appointments affected by inclement weather may be re-booked for the next available date or switched to a phone session; email in advance of your appointment if weather is a concern. If you are offered to re-book, you must do this within one week of your original appointment date, or your appointment will be considered a cancellation/no-show. Cancellations and no-shows will need to schedule new appointments, under a new fee invoice (once both the original & new invoices are paid your new session will be booked).

WORKSHOPS: All ONLINE workshops/classes are non-refundable, non-transferable once you enroll.

All IN-PERSON workshops/classes are non-refundable, non-transferable once you are registered. If you are unable to attend, you may re-enroll in the same class the next time it is offered. To do this, you must email in advance to reserve your space. Admin will then manually register you if space is available. (Do not re-register yourself as a refund will not be issued). The initial balance will be applied to your re-enrollment; additional charges will be billed to you via email invoice should the workshop fee be increased.

GROUP EVENTS: A 50% non-refundable booking fee will be charged to schedule your event. Balance is due as arranged; typically on the day of the event.In the event of a cancellation, email notice must be received at least 24 business hours in advance or full payment for the event will be due. If an event must be re-scheduled, please email as soon as possible to address this (a 10% re-scheduling fee may apply).

MERCHANDISE:  All sales are final. This applies to physical and digital items.
Shipping issues for physical goods should be addressed to the delivery service/company (re: damages) or admin (re: items).
