Three of Staves

It’s a Three of Staves kind of day. At least that’s what my tarot deck tells me as I pulled out a card for my Tuesday ahead. It seems appropriate. It’s a good day just to wait. And watch. And contemplate. “It’s all about divine timing,” I’ve been heard to say. Those goals we hold, the dreams we seek…we know in the deepest sense of ourselves that there are these things out there, coming to us…all in the right time. It doesn’t pay to dwell on doubts, or fears, or what-ifs…besides that is just so draining, stressful. If all we did was press forward, we might miss the beauty and joy in reaching those goals, or achieving those dreams, or seeing our hard work pay off. Yes, it’s just a good day to relax and be full of gratitude and have a little faith.
