Exploration Meditation: See What You Discover

Here’s an idea for your meditation time today

April 12th marks the anniversary of the first human in space (cosmonaut, Yuri Gagarin).  Therefore, it seems only appropriate that today you might spend some time in exploration meditation discovering some new territory yourself.

Exploration Meditation

As you go into your meditation, ask your Higher self or spirit guide to take you to see something you’ve not seen before.  Choose to walk on the moon, “fly” an orbit around the Earth, check out Saturn’s rings, or stand on Jupiter to see what it would look like to live on a planet with 67 moons.

Want to venture farther?  Ask to be shown a place in a certain constellation.  Which one is your favorite?  Start there. More adventurous than that?  See if you are ready to be shown a place where you may have lived another lifetime, or a place where other Light Beings live.

Let’s just say, for today’s meditation, the sky’s the limit!  (Sorry…I couldn’t resist).

We need to have people up there who can communicate what it feels like, not just pilots and engineers.
